Shipping & Processing Times

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been processed and is in transit.

Processing and shipping times may vary from 3 business days up to 14 business days, depending on order volume, production time, and carrier conditions. All items are handcrafted and produced in limited quantities, which may extend processing times during high-volume releases.

All orders ship via USPS or UPS.

Carrier Responsibility & Delivery Issues

Once an order has been handed over to the carrier, we are not responsible for:
• Lost or stolen packages
• Carrier delays or delivery errors
• Incorrect shipping information provided at checkout

All packages are insured at no additional cost. In the event of loss or damage during transit, a claim must be filed and completed with the carrier (USPS or UPS). Refunds or replacements will only be issued after the carrier claim has been approved and concluded.

Delivery estimates provided by carriers are not guaranteed and may be affected by holidays, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control.
