Diamond Membership Cancellation Policy

The Diamond Membership is a recurring monthly subscription that provides members with exclusive access to discounted pricingΒ  and members-only opportunities. The membership does not guarantee the purchase or receipt of any physical product.

Members may cancel their Diamond Membership at any time through their customer account dashboard before the next billing date to avoid future charges.

All membership payments are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
β€’ Membership fees already charged
β€’ Missed drops or sold-out items
β€’ Failure to purchase an item during a release
β€’ Dissatisfaction with availability, timing, or selection

Cancellation only stops future billing and does not retroactively refund prior charges.

Because the Diamond Membership grants immediate access to exclusive benefits upon purchase, no refunds, partial refunds, charge reversals, or credits will be issued once a billing cycle has started.

By purchasing the Diamond Membership, the customer acknowledges and agrees that:
β€’ The membership is for access, not a guaranteed product
β€’ Inventory is limited and available on a first-come, first-served basis
β€’ The responsibility to cancel before renewal rests solely with the customer
